Northgate Windows & Doors — Windows & doors landing page template
Window replacement page — free survey, then a written quote that does not move.
Nothing in window replacement can be quoted honestly from photographs, so Northgate is built to earn a survey booking rather than close a sale. The page separates the four things that actually differ between quotes — where the heat is escaping, acoustic versus thermal glazing, the lock and hinge specification, and who pays for the mess — then promises a written price that does not change on fitting day.

Draughty windows? Get a fixed quote after one visit
Book a free survey. We measure every opening, tell you what actually needs replacing, and issue a written quote that does not change on installation day.
Fitting windows and doors since 2011 · Fully insured, directly employed teams
What we can put a number on
Operational figures. Savings depend on your property — those are quoted after the survey.
What you are actually deciding
Four things separate a good window job from a cheap one.
Where the heat is really going
Often the frame and the seal, not the glass. The survey tells you which — replacing the wrong part is the most common waste in this trade.
Noise, if you are on a busy road
Acoustic glazing is a different specification from thermal. Ask for it explicitly, or you get the standard unit and the same noise.
The lock and hinge specification
The part that decides security, and the part quotes quietly differ on. We state the hardware standard on the quote rather than in a brochure.
What happens to the mess
Old frames, plaster making-good, and disposal are included in our quote. If another quote is cheaper, check whether they are.
How the survey works
A measurement visit, not a sales visit wearing a tape measure.
- 1
Tell us about the property
Property type, how many openings, and what is bothering you — draughts, noise, condensation, or security.
- 2
We survey, on a slot you choose
About 45 minutes. We measure every opening and check frames, sills, and reveals rather than only the glass.
- 3
You get a written, itemised quote
Priced per opening, with the glazing and hardware specification stated. It does not change on fitting day.
- 4
Decide in your own time
The quote holds for 60 days. We do not run same-day discounts — a price that expires tonight was never the real price.
Recent jobs, before and after
Same house, same angle, photographed on completion day.
Original timber frames retained where sound; only four openings needed full replacement. Draught complaints resolved on the road-facing elevation.
Conservation area — frame profile matched to the original on the council's requirement, with modern sealed units behind it.
Individual results depend on the property. Photographs are of our own completed work, published with the homeowner's permission.
Public liability insured
Certificate available on request before we attend.
Directly employed fitters
The team that surveys is the team that installs.
Building regulations compliant
Certificates issued on completion for every replacement.
10-year workmanship cover
Covers installation and seals — see what it excludes below.
What homeowners said afterwards
Verified customers, published with permission.
“They told us two of the frames were fine and did not need doing. That is the reason we booked them rather than the cheaper quote.”
“Quote on the Tuesday, no pressure call afterwards, and the price on the invoice matched the quote exactly.”
“The noise difference on the road side is the thing I did not expect. Worth asking about the acoustic option.”
What the cover actually covers
Stated plainly, including the exclusions.
10 years on workmanship
Installation, sealing, and fit. Registered on completion.
Manufacturer cover on units
Glazing units carry their own warranty — we hand the paperwork over.
Not covered
Accidental breakage, storm damage, and issues arising from existing structural defects flagged at survey.
Before you book
Will the quote change on installation day?+
No. That is the point of surveying every opening rather than estimating from photos. If we find something structural once the old frame is out, we stop and talk to you before doing anything chargeable.
How much will I save on heating?+
It depends on your property, your current glazing, and how you heat it, so any single figure on a website is guesswork. The survey gives you a range with the assumptions stated — a number you can actually check.
Do I need building regulations approval?+
Replacement windows are usually covered by installer self-certification, which we issue on completion. Conservation areas and listed buildings work differently, and we tell you at the survey rather than afterwards.
Can you do just a few windows?+
Yes. We would rather replace the four that are failing than sell you a full house you did not need — and we will say so at the survey if that is what we find.

Common questions
- Why does this template refuse to quote from photos?
- Because a photo cannot show the state of the frame, the sill, or the reveal — and those decide whether the job is a swap or a rebuild. Quoting from images produces a number you have to revise on the day, which is the single fastest way to lose a homeowner who was ready to book.
- The page states a lead time but no price. Isn't that backwards?
- Lead time is a fact about your operation and it answers a real question. Price depends on the openings, the glazing spec, and the state of what is already there — publishing one number for all of that either loses you margin or loses you trust when it changes. The template publishes what is fixed and quotes what is not.
- Can I change anything in the Northgate Windows & Doors template?
- Yes. Copy, images, colours, and section order can all be swapped in the visual editor to match your own brand and selling points — no code required.
- How do visitors reach me and leave their details?
- It comes set up for Form / Phone, but the channel is a page-level setting you can change any time: pick your main channel in the editor's contact panel and every CTA on the page follows it. Form submissions land in your dashboard; WhatsApp, phone, email, and Telegram open the visitor's own app.
- Is publishing to my own domain complicated?
- Not at all. Pick the template, edit the content, then connect your own brand domain — DNS and the HTTPS certificate are configured automatically, and you're live in minutes.
- Is running ads to this template compliant?
- The template ships with a compliant footer (privacy policy and terms links) and stays non-transactional as a lead-gen page. Agency plans add anti-duplication, lowering the odds that same-template pages get flagged as duplicates by ad platforms.
