Fernhill Landscapes is a site-visit enquiry template for garden design, build, and maintenance firms, converting homeowner traffic into design consultations through an on-page form. Surveying sun, drainage, and soil before proposing anything, planting chosen to survive rather than to render well, and phased builds across seasons answer why so many expensive gardens fail in year two. Made for landscapers and garden designers running local campaigns that need plot size, aspiration, and usage before a designer's time is committed.

Why the site visit matters

Most disappointing gardens were designed from a photo.

☀️

We survey the conditions

Sun path, drainage, soil type, and exposure decide what will thrive. Guessing them is why planting fails in year two.

🪴

Planting chosen to survive

Species selected for your conditions and the time you'll realistically give the garden, not just for the render.

🧱

Build and planting in one team

Paving, levels, and planting handled by the same crew, so drainage and structure are solved before anything goes in the ground.

📅

Phased if you'd rather

A plan that can be built in stages across seasons instead of all at once — and still look finished at each stage.

What clients say

Feedback from recent garden projects.

They told me my shady corner would never take the planting I'd set my heart on. Annoying to hear, right to hear.
FionaFiona · Surrey · Google
We built it over two seasons because of budget. It looked deliberate at every stage, not half-finished.
TomTom · Kent · WhatsApp
Two years on, almost everything they planted is thriving. The drainage work nobody sees is why.

Common questions

Do I need a full design, or just planting?+

Plenty of gardens only need the planting rethinking. If levels, drainage, and paving already work, we'll say so rather than sell you a full design.

When is the best time to start?+

Hard landscaping can run through most of the year; planting is best in autumn or spring. We'll phase the plan around the seasons rather than force everything into one window.

Can the work be split across years?+

Yes, and it often should be. A phased plan is designed so the garden looks intentional at the end of each stage.

What happens if plants don't survive?+

Anything that fails to establish in the first season is replaced. Establishment care visits through the first two seasons are part of the plan.

We collect only the property and contact details needed to arrange your site visit and prepare a concept plan. Photographs of your garden are used for design purposes and are never published without your written permission. Your details can be deleted on request.

Concept plans, phasing, and timelines described here are indicative and are confirmed in writing after an on-site survey. Plant performance depends on soil, aspect, weather, and ongoing care. Nothing on this page constitutes a binding quotation.

Common questions

Can I change anything in the Fernhill Landscapes template?
Yes. Copy, images, colours, and section order can all be swapped in the visual editor to match your own brand and selling points — no code required.
How do visitors reach me and leave their details?
This template captures leads over Form / WhatsApp: a visitor taps the CTA on the landing page to start a Form / WhatsApp conversation or submit the form, and the lead lands in your dashboard.
Is publishing to my own domain complicated?
Not at all. Pick the template, edit the content, then connect your own brand domain — DNS and the HTTPS certificate are configured automatically, and you're live in minutes.
Is running ads to this template compliant?
The template ships with a compliant footer (privacy policy and terms links) and stays non-transactional as a lead-gen page. Agency plans add anti-duplication, lowering the odds that same-template pages get flagged as duplicates by ad platforms.
